Park Village Auctions (PVA) is inviting offers on assets belonging to Gelvenor Textiles, currently in business rescue, as a going concern or the assets in its entirety.
PVA's John Taylor says the sale represents a unique opportunity to capitalise on an established textile manufacturing business.
"The sale falls under PVA's business rescue division, which specialises in selling businesses experiencing difficulties. Most often, these businesses simply need a capital injection or restructuring to continue operations, representing a viable opportunity for investors," Taylor said.
