ADDA, a leading provider of software solutions for housing society management, has announced plans to invest Rs 15 crore over the next year to expand its operations in India.

Co-founder and CEO San Banerjee stated that this investment aims to enhance ADDA's presence in seven major cities and to onboard developers focused on resident experience and post-sales automation, particularly in the current era of artificial intelligence (AI).

Established in 2009, ADDA has grown to serve clients in over 10 countries, including the United States, the Middle East, and Singapore.

In India, the company operates in approximately 80 cities, catering to more than 3,500 communities.

Its platform offers a comprehensive suite of features essential for managing housing societies, such as visitor management, billing and collection of society dues, facility booking, and asset and inventory management.
