Govt revises PLI scheme for PSBs

In terms of eligi bility, it has been decided that all permanent employees, including lateral hires and olfcers on depatation, in scale I Vand abooe shall he part of the incentive scheme.

The central government has revised the performance-linked incentive scheme for whole-time directors and senior executives of public sector banks.

As per the Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance, the objective is to offer an enhanced performance-linked incentive (PLI) scheme to suitably reward and motivate employees for significant value creation for various stakeholders, the ministry said dated November 19.
