Sources within the party suggested that CM Sharma has been given full discretion by the BJP high command regarding the reshuffle. This exercise is likely to involve the reassignment of some ministers to different portfolios. One or two ministers may also get replaced.

The reshuffle comes as the BJP high command has expressed satisfaction with CM Sharma's leadership style and governance in the state. As a result, the party is allowing him significant influence over the reshuffle process, giving him the freedom to make decisions based on his assessments. CM Sharma's regular visits to Delhi are seen as a sign that not only political appointments but also organizational changes could be made, with adjustments in both the state government and the BJP's organizational structure.
