The Congress leader highlighted that the state's debt had soared by 37,000 crore in just one year due to alleged financial mismanagement.
Public welfare schemes have stalled, including unemployment benefits for youth and recruitment in government jobs.
Baij pointed out rising cases of violence, including mob lynching, shootings, and crimes against women and children.
