On Monday, the first installment of Rs 10k was scheduled to be given to the Patwari of the amount of Rs 1.11 lakh. The complainant reached the village Panchayat office to handover the amount. The Patwari asked to handover the amount to one of the private persons Shivam Yadav and Shivam handed the amount to another private person Ratiram Pal.
