TRAGEDY | Villagers' attempts to rescue trapped man by breaking window glass fails

A man was burnt alive when his moving car, en route to Barwani from Singhana, abruptly caught fire near Manawar in Dhar district on Tuesday afternoon, a police official confirmed.

When farmers working in nearby fields saw the car on fire, they rushed to rescue him. They broke the glass windows but were unable to extricate him from the fire and watched him die a painful death.
