The incident occurred in Delchi village of Mahidpur tehsil at around 8:30 am. The pickup vehicle was going to Ratlam with labourers. Due to high speed, the pickup went out of control and came off the road and overturned. The labourers got buried under it. People present on the spot reached for help and the police was informed.
Kanchan (45), Jasoda (35) and Bala Ram (15) died after being crushed under the pickup.
