They were allegedly under the influence of alcohol.The car hit the electric pole which was broken into three pieces under the impact of the collision, according to the police.Prathap Kumar and Kongalaiah who were sitting in front were killed on the spot, while Abhishek sustained severe injuries.He was rushed to Chamarajanagar district hospital. The bodies of the duo were handed over to relatives after conducting the autopsy. Based on the complaint filed by Bommalapura CESC junior engineer Mayura, Terakanambi Police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
