The inquiry commission headed by Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghosh, ordered by the Telangana Government in relation to the alleged corruption in the construction of Kaleswaram Lift Irrigation, continued its inquiry for the second day on Thursday. It questioned former Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar and IAS officer and Youth Services department secretary Smita Sabharwal.
