2 city students among top 10 scorers in India

Two out of ten students in India, who have topped the ICSE and ISC exams, the results of which were announced on Monday, are from Mumbai.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared the Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) results for 2023-'24 on May 6, 2024. Sukrit Khanna and Karan Philip, both from Bombay Scottish School, scored a whopping 99.80%.

Of the 2,43,617 students who took the ICSE exam, 2,42,328 passed - a success rate of 99.47 per cent, while 98,088 of the 99,901 students who took the ISC 2024 exam passed a success rate of 98.19 per cent.

128,131 boys and 109,500 girls took the Class 10 exam while 51,781 boys and 46,724 girls appeared for the ISC Class 12 exam. The Board does not to declare the names of toppers; however, the FPJ managed to talk to several high-scorers from the ICSE category.
