CHAT WITH THE CHAMPIONS

Team India, which won the T20 World Cup in Barbados on Saturday, and was stranded in Bridgetown due to Category 4 Hurricane Beryl, arrived in Delhi to a heroes' welcome by a special chartered Air India flight on Thursday morning. The team had a breakfast meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his 7 Lok Kalyan Marg residence during which some cricketers shared their experiences of the win.

Team India, which defeated South Africa by 7 runs in a thrilling final, spent some anxious days in Barbados following the win as the airport was closed due to the cyclone that missed the island nation narrowly but caused extensive damage to boats and other coastal infrastructure.
