Individuals cruelly punished a man for theft by tying him up and inserting chili powder into his private parts.

In a shocking incident, a man was held hostage on suspicion of bike theft in Araria by a mob that allegedly pulled down his pants and poured chili powder into his rectum.

Police intervened after a video of the incident went viral on social media and arrested one person in connection with the case.
