The Congress party's graph is rising across the nation, said Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka in a chit chat with media persons at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday.

Bhatti highlighted the Congress party's recent victories in Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand States, emphasizing that Congress defeated a BJP minister in Madhya Pradesh.

On farmer welfare, the Deputy Chief Minister reassured that the State government is preparing the guidelines for the implementation of "Rythu Bharosa" scheme.
