In a road rage case wherein a journalist flung an Ola driver to ground head first, senior criminal lawyer Rizwan Merchant has suggested that an FIR for 'attempt to murder' should be filed against Ghatkopar resident, Rishabh Bibhash Chakravorthy. The victim, Moinuddhin Qureshi, sustained serious skull injuries and was admitted to the ICU of JJ Hospital for nine days.

The Parksite police in Vikhroli have not made any arrests so far.

Kaimuddin The FPJ was the first to report the incident that took place on August 18 outside Wadhwa The Address, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar West. The police have registered an FIR against Ghatkopar residents Rishabh Chakravorthy and his wife Antara Ghosh, for allegedly assaulting Qureshi, a resident of Govandi. CCTV footage from the posh housing society Bibhash that went viral showed S Chakravorthy lifting the driver and throwing him to the ground.
