The second charter train under the Chief Minister's scheme is set to leave for the pilgrim centre of Vailankani on November 20.
The Chief Minister flagged off the Train to Tirupati at the Margao railway station in the presence of Social welfare Minister Subhash Faldesai, PWD Minister, Nilesh Cabral, Cong-turned-BJP MLAs Digambar Kamat, Alexio Sequeira, Rudolf Fernandes, Krishna Dajji Salkar and others.
