Also, in a statement which political observers see as a preemptive strike aimed at thwarting any move to impose President's rule, the chief minister said, "Remember, if Bengal burns, then Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Delhi will also burn." "We will rattle the chair in Delhi," said Mamata, firing on all cylinders.
