Questioning the government's 'Make in India' project, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday accused it of using GST and note ban as weapons to help Adani and Ambani-like business tycoons.

At a rally for Congress-NC alliance candidates in Jammu, Gandhi alleged BJP used ED, CBI and IT to put opposition leaders behind bars.

In the third and final phase of the J&K election, electors in Jammu and six other districts will vote on October 1.
