Hyd Mayor Vijayalakshmi cracks the whip, asks employees to be on time

The mayor instructed all the department heads to submit the employees' attendance report every month

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi on Wednesday conducted a surprise inspection of various departments of the GHMC head office and asked employees to follow the time strictly.

During the inspection, the GHMC mayor made a surprise inspection of the town planning, health and veterinary departments. Mayor got angry because the officials of the town planning department did not attend the meeting on time. During the inspection, the Mayor found that some chairs were empty in the office. She asked Additional Commissioner Admin Nalini Padmavati to instruct the employees to follow the timings of the office strictly.
