Around 70% of Indian students are pursuing management and business courses in France, according to Jean-Marc Séré-Charlet, Consul General of France in Mumbai.
Talking to The Free Press Journal on Saturday at the Choose France Tour by Campus France, he said there were several reasons for this. He added that France intends to put more effort into promoting humanities courses in India.
One of the primary reasons highlighted by the Consul General for the high interest in management courses in France is the quality of its management institutes. He stated, “Five out of the top ten management institutions in Europe are located in France. The quality of education offered in these institutions is unparalleled, especially considering the affordability.”
