Nara Lokesh announces mid-day meals for intermediate students

Nara Lokesh, the Minister for Education, IT, and Electronics in Andhra Pradesh, has announced a series of ground-breaking initiatives aimed at enhancing attendance rates and academic standards in government schools across the state.

A key highlight of these measures is the reintroduction of mid-day meals for intermediate students.

During a review meeting with senior officials of the School Education and Intermediate Education departments at his residence in Undavalli, Lokesh expressed concern over the high dropout rates among students from economically weaker sections after completing Class 10.
