NO GOOD OR BAD TERRORISM: PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said there is no good or bad terrorism as it knows no boundaries since it is an attack on humanity, freedom and civilisation and only zero tolerance approach can defeat it.

He advocated imposition of a cost upon countries that support terrorism and use it as a tool of foreign policy. He was addressing the two-day third "No Money For Terror" conference of the ministers on counter-terrorism financing in Delhi.
