Hardik Pandya's Mumbai Indians will have their best chance of registering their first victory in the IPL when they take on the beleaguered Capitals at the Delhi Wankhede Stadium on Sunday.
It will be a clash of the two bottom rung teams of the tournament and Pandya, who is under immense pressure, after being appointed the Mumbai Indians captain replacing Rohit Sharma would be looking to seize the opportunity.
The hosts have played and lost all three of their games against Gujarat Titans, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals, the last of which was their first home game.
However, the return of Suryakumar Yadav aka SKY to the Mumbai Indians set up will provide them with the much needed boost while taking on the Capitals. Suryakumar was laid low by a sports hernia injury and was given the RTP (Return to Play) by the National Cricket Academy (NCA) a few days ago.
