Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's wife Sunita Kerjiwal (R) on Sunday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of hatching a conspiracy to kill her husband in Tihar Jail and claimed that the prison authorities were monitoring every meal being served to him.
At an Ulgulan Nyay Rally in Jharkhand's Ranchi attended by a number of opposition leaders, including Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Sunita said cameras were installed to monitor his meals, as his every bite was being monitored. "So shameful, my husband is a sugar patient as he is taking 50 units of insulin daily for the last 12 years but he is being denied insulin in jail. They want to kill the chief minister of Delhi," she remarked.
