Police expedite crackdown on modified vehicles

After months of inactivity in cases pertaining to the Motor Vehicles Act, Bhopal police have swung into action once again, turning their radar towards modified vehicles shuttling across the city. According to senior police officials of Zone-1 of Bhopal police commissionerate, they have expedited crackdown on modified vehicles and their priority is to pull the plug on such bikes that possess modified silencers, which cause ear-splitting sound pollution.
