Preparatory meeting for revenue grama sabhas conducted

According to the prescribed schedule, Tehsildar, Revenue Inspector, VRO, Mandal Surveyor, representative of Registration Department along with the officials of forest and endowment departments will also go to the villages

Officials would visit the villages and conduct sabhas with the aim of resolving land revenue problems as soon as possible. He explained that the sabhas will be held to resolve long-standing problems and court cases. He said that even the problems that have already been solved will be explained to the people and feedback will be taken and if necessary re-examination will be done. According to the prescribed schedule, Tehsildar, Revenue Inspector, VRO, Mandal Surveyor, representative of Registration Department along with the officials of forest and endowment departments will also go to the villages. He said that the schedule of the sabhas will be announced in advance through the gram panchayat, by means of pamphlets. All the petitions will be registered online and resolved within the stipulated time.
