As per a report from Knight Frank, the real estate market in Ahmedabad experienced a dynamic transition in the first half of 2024, as evidenced by the sale of 9,377 new homes.
Surge in high-end home sales

Sales of homes priced at or above Rs1 crore experienced a 9 per cent increase, while those priced at or below Rs50 lakh experienced a 15 per cent decline.

The surge in high-end home sales is a significant trend, with houses priced over Rsl crore now comprising 20 per cent of the total sales, up from 11 per cent last year. The increasing demand for premium housing in Ahmedabad has been propelled by industrial growth and rising incomes.

"The expansion of the market and growth of Gujarat's industrial sector have resulted in the increase of incomes.
