He wanted to make 'Ferfar' in the ownership and gave an application to the Jalna City Tehsil Office. When he approached Giri for his work, he demanded a Rs25,000 bribe from the complainant. As he was not willing to pay the bribe, he lodged a complaint with the ACB, Jalna unit.After the confirmation of the demand for the bribe, the ACB team laid a trap at the Tehsil Office on Wednesday afternoon and arrested Giri red-handed while accepting Rs25,000 from the complainant. A case has been registered with the Jalna Police Station.The action was executed under SP Sandeep Atole, Additional SP Mukund Aghav, Deputy SP Balu Jadhavar by trap officer Shankar Mutekar, Gajanan Kharat, Bhalchandra Bonorkar, Atish Tidke, Gajanan Kamble and others.
