TWO Plymouth film makers have been nominated for a national award for their work on a campaign highlighting sewage outflows off Britain's coastline - pitching them against heavyweight contenders such as the team behind Frozen Planet II and Game of Thrones star Kit Harrington.
Mark Sumner and Tom Waller, whose surnames are the initials in SW Productions, have been shortlisted for their work on the Surfers Against Sewage campaign in this year's Big Campaign Awards.
Their video entitled The Floater, commissioned by ad agency Mr President, has been shortlisted in the Best Environmental Idea for an Environmental Purpose category.
Also shortlisted are the BBC team behind Frozen Planet II for their short film which was weaved into the end credits of EastEnders, and showed the flooding of the Thames River.
