ALTERNATIVE USE FOR EMPTY OFFICE SPACE IN CITY

Flats plan for Derry's Cross

PLANS have been submitted to Plymouth City Council to bring back to life a vacant city centre building.

Proposals for nine flats to replace the empty buildings on the first, second and third floors of Anglia House, which has been closed since 2016, have been lodged.

The restaurant on the ground floor of the Derry's Cross site would not be impacted by the change of use application. Empty office buildings on the three floors would be changed into flats.
