A PLYMOUTH office block that once hosted one of the city's most famous factories is for sale and will go under the auctioneer's hammer with a guide price of £375,000.
The freehold for the detached two-storey Eurotech House, in Honicknowle, is on the market, with its owner saying it would make an ideal headquarters for a major company or might suit medical or educational use.
The building, home of electronics firm Patronics until it ceased trading in 2010, could also be split up and rented out to smaller businesses. The upper floor is already let to tenants on short-term deals, which could be extended and the rest of the building used by one or more occupants.
Charles Berry, development director at Eurotech House owner ONYX Business Parks, said the building was already attracting interest ahead of the September 28 auction.
