A PLYMOUTH Market stall that was set up over two decades ago prides itself on being a community hot-spot.
The business has been affected by the rise of online purchases over the years, but the family-run phone stall offers more than technology help.
The owner of The Phone Stall Plymouth is former fisherman Ian Kane, originally from Ireland. Ian sailed into Plymouth one day and “never went back”, after meeting his wife Sandra in the city.
