PLYMOUTH City Council is facing a new legal fight over the troubled Armada Way revamp.
Lawyers acting for Alison White, founder of Save the Trees of Armada Way (Straw) have sent the authority a letter saying it could face a second judicial review this time claiming its consultation on the revised scheme was "unlawful".
In the letter, from London-based law firm Harrison Grant Ring, it is alleged that the council failed to carry out a fair consultation into the revised scheme.
The council has denied this and said any further legal action would only delay the revamp work further.
