
Investigating officers from Devon and Cornwall Police are now appealing to the public for information on the assault in Pomphlett Road.
The victim, aged in his 50s, was punched by the offenders at around 6pm on Tuesday, September 3. He was driving a black Ford Fusion and had stopped at the pedestrian crossing near the supermarket petrol station before his vehicle was struck by one of the suspects.
