THE area around Plymouth’s waterfront is set to undergo big changes this year.
After receiving an £11.6 million funding boost from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, work at the UK’s first National Marine Park is ready to begin.
The transformation programme are intended to involve and engage the city with the marine environment. The plans will also see improvements to Tinside Lido, the Mount Batten peninsula and Mount Edgcumbe’s Garden Battery
