PLYMOUTH Argyle will be without Callum Wright for around six to seven weeks due to a knee ligament injury, manager Steven Schumacher has revealed.
Wright picked up the problem during the 4-1 Championship defeat by Bristol City at Ashton Gate last Tuesday and, as a result, missed the 6-2 thrashing of Norwich City at Home Park on Saturday. The 23-year-old does not need an operation, which is one positive out of the situation, but it is a blow for the Pilgrims to lose a talented and versatile player.
Schumacher said: "We have had a bit of bad news this week on Callum Wright. He's going to be out for about six weeks. He has got a bit of a knee ligament strain that he picked up in the Bristol City game.
