The ED has alleged that Rashmi Saluja and other senior officials of Religare Enterprises motivated one of the shareholders of REL-Vaibhav Jalinder Gawali - to file an FIR in Matunga Police station in Mumbai against alleging misappropriation of the assets/ properties of Religare Enterprise by Malvinder Mohan Singh and Shivinder Mohan Singh (former directors of REL) in connivance with Burman Family. Burman Family holds 25% in REL allowing them to go for an open offer to acquire 26% more shares in the company
