MUSAVARI Bungalow, the century-old guest house in Punalur whose doors were closed to the public, is set to beckon visitors again.
A senior official with the building section of the public works department (PWD) said the guest house will be reopened in the first week of February. Though its renovation was completed in 2023 by the PWD, the bungalow remained closed as the department could not replace the dilapidated furniture due to lack of funds.
