AFTER a long gap of four years, the tourism industry in Idukki is rebounding as major tourism centres in the district witnessed a record tourist turnout this Christmas season. As per the data available with the Idukki district tourism promotion council (DTPC), over 2 lakh tourists visited the centres run by DTPC since the holiday season began on December 21.
