The meeting was held at DAR auditorium recently and Superintendent of Police G K Mithun Kumar briefed the owners and event organisers about the safety measures that needed to be initiated to conduct new year celebration events.
He said that the event planners should get prior-permission from the police of their respective jurisdiction and there is no provision to host any programmes without availing permission.
