DESPITE placing barricades blocking access to a lane at D Mandi Street near police quarters and traffic police station, people continue to use the lane for open urination. As per the traffic police, who kept the barricades, the lane was used for open urination and defecation for several years as there is no toilet nearby. The lane connects to Bangalore Road.
