JAPANESE Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will visit India on March 20 to hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both leaders will discuss regional and bilateral issues of mutual interest, according to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
The MEA said the two leaders will discuss priorities for India’s presidency of G20 and Japan’s presidency of the G7.
Fumio last visited India in March 2022. Japan holds this year’s presidency of the Group of Seven (G7) major countries. Besides, both countries are partners in Quad.
