'AXE CARTOON' HC to centre: Restore access to Vikatan site
THE Madras High Court on Thursday ordered the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) to temporarily unblock Tamil magazine Ananda Vikatan's website, which was blocked after it published a cartoon featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump recently, with the rider that the cartoon be removed from the site till the main petition is decided.
