Former Ilocos Sur Gov. Chavit Singson said yesterday his offer of P5-million reward to two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo and his family still stands.

Chavit Singson in the Senate.

But Singson insisted the reward must be accepted by the Yulo family as a united front.

"Utos ng Diyos yon honor thy father and thy mother," said Singson, hoping the champion gymnast would soon resolve his issues with his family.
