The Odisha government celebrated 'Susasan Divas' (Good Governance Day) for the first time on Wednesday, commemorating the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee. Speaking at the event, CM Majhi paid glowing tributes to Vajpayee, pledging to uphold his principles of good governance. "We are committed to providing good governance and serving the people with integrity," he declared.
Highlighting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guidance, Majhi said, "He is our margdar-shak. The Prime Minister has visited Odisha thrice in the last six months and will visit twice again on January 9 and January 28, 2025."
