Diesel-powered medium goods vehicles of BS-IV standard or older will not be allowed within city limits, except those carrying essential goods

In the light of the deterioration of air quality to the 'very poor' in the National Capital Region (NCR) and adjoining areas, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Friday ordered implementation of Stage III measures under the revised Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) with immediate effect.
