The Sebaashray camps, an initiative of Abhishek Banerjee, Trinamul Congress Diamond Harbour MP and party's national general secretary has received overwhelming response.

On the sixth day, the single-day registrations crossed 20,000 with total registrations going up to 81,471.

A staggering 58,582 people received free medical camps in 41 camps that have been opened in the area. The camps will be on for 10 days. The camps will be set up in all the seven Assembly constituencies that fall under Diamond Harbour Lok Sabha seat. After this there will be follow-up camps for five days.
