Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday said that the BJP raises provocative slogans like 'Batenge Toh Katenge' (If We Are Divided, We Will Get Slaughtered) and 'Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain' (We Are Safe Only If We Are United) merely to divert people's attention from real issues.

Addressing a press conference in Nagpur, Kharge alleged, "BJP gives inciting speeches and spreads lies to divert people's attention from core issues."
