Agnimitra Paul added that earlier when Trinamul Congress MLA Humayun Kabir claimed that Hindus in a Muslim-dominated district of West Bengal would "be cut and thrown" in the Bhagirathi River, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee chose to remain silent.
