The Trinamul Congress will take out rallies tomorrow against Union Home Minister Amit Shah for his remarks in the Rajya Sabha against BR Ambedkar, father of the Indian Constitution.
The rallies will be organised in all the wards under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) as well as in the rest of the state at the block level. There are 343 blocks in Bengal.
After Mr Shah made his remarks in the Rajya Sabha, Trinamul Congress chairperson Mamata Banerjee came down heavily on the Union home minister and demanded stern action against him.
The rallies will be taken out from the morning. In the city, senior leaders of the party will lead the rallies along with their counterparts in the districts. In the blocks, local leaders will organise rallies.
